THE DASHBOARD — THE WHOLE THING, ONE SCREEN
THIS IS THE
ACTUAL PRODUCT.
Not a mockup and not a marketing render — the real dashboard, running, with a demo candidate’s data in it. Every control below is explained.

01
The top bar — everything that starts work
- Add URL / Add JD
- Paste a job link, or the description text itself. It joins the same queue as everything the nightly scan found and earns the same documents.
- Add company
- Paste an employer’s careers page. It is tested against the live feed before it is saved, and it never saves a source it could not prove works.
- Evaluate queue
- Score what is waiting now, instead of waiting for tonight.
- Run pipeline
- Do the whole night’s work on demand — find, filter, score.
- The counts
- Evaluated, applied, in interview. The honest state of your search, not a vanity number.
02
Stats — where your search actually leaks
- Pipeline disposition
- Evaluated, strong fits, applied, in interview, declined, rejected, discarded. Every job is somewhere, and nothing quietly disappears.
- Application rate
- Of everything evaluated, how much you actually applied to. Low is not failure — it is the filter working.
- Response rate and interview conversion
- The two numbers that tell you whether the problem is your list or your documents.
03
A job card — before you apply
- The score and fit label
- Strong Fit · 4.7 — measured against your CV and your target roles, not against other candidates.
- The one-line read
- Why this one is worth your time, in a sentence.
- The concern flag
- What would bite you: travel expectations, a band below your target, a red flag in the posting. Surfaced before you invest, not after.
- Report
- The full evaluation — every dimension, scored, with reasons.
- Chat
- Ask about this exact role. The evaluation, your CV and your targets are already loaded.
- Generate CV
- A tailored CV for this job, traced to your history and blocked if a claim cannot be sourced.
- Posting
- The original ad, one click away.
- Mark applied / Decline
- Your two decisions. Joblinko never makes either one for you.

04
A job card — after you apply
- Generate prep
- A first pass at the interview, built from the exact CV you sent.
- Comprehensive prep
- The full document — the demo run came to eleven pages: role decoded, likely questions with your evidence, full STAR stories, the panel, comp scripts, a 90-day plan.
- Open comprehensive
- Read it once it exists.
- Rehearse
- A written mock interview in chat. It plays the interviewer, one question at a time, and tells you honestly when an answer would not have landed.
- Voice rehearsal
- The same sparring session out loud, for the part you cannot practise by typing.

05
The sidebar — the search that outlives one job
- Filters
- By fit, by time, by state, by source. Find the four cards that matter this morning.
- View / Create / Merge / Enrich CV
- Your master history: read it, build it through the interview, merge what the interview captured, and enrich it from the words real job descriptions keep asking for.
- Patterns
- Why you are being rejected — across everything you have applied to, not one rejection at a time.
- Find recruiters / Recruiter registry
- The people who can move a live application, and the record of every recruiter you have met.
- Preferences
- Every rule that decides what reaches you — with a chat that explains any setting and changes it once you say yes.
- Troubleshoot
- A chat that reads your logs and runs the checks. It cannot change anything; it tells you exactly what to click.
- Guides
- The manual, built into the product, always matching the version you are running.
- Pull latest
- Updates, when you want them.
