The installer is new and not code-signed, so Windows has no history for it. Chrome may ask you to confirm the download — choose Keep. When you run it, SmartScreen says "Windows protected your PC" — click More info, then Run anyway. Some antivirus software quarantines it for the same reason: it is unfamiliar, not because anything is wrong with it. The checksum above lets you verify the bytes are exactly the ones published here.
ASK ME FOR AN ACCESS CODE
The installer asks for an access code — it is what fetches your copy and keeps it updated. Write to me once you have downloaded and I will send you one. There is nothing to pay and no form to fill in; it is one email, and codes go out when I get to them.

After install, Joblinko updates itself from that channel. You never come back to this page for a new version.
